How much will it cost to sell my home with HomeCashBuyers.co.uk?
Nothing! We don’t charge any commission or fees (unlike estate agents) to buy your property. The price we agree is the price we pay! We will even pay £500 toward your legal fees.
My house has been on the market for months, without any offers. Can you help?
Yes, we can definitely help. HomeCashBuyers.co.uk appreciate that selling a house is very difficult in today’s market. There seems to be a new story of falling property prices, or mortgage rates increasing almost every day. We take away the stress and worry of selling by giving a fast, chain free, offer.
How long will it take to buy my home?
We work to a timescale which fits into your schedule. We will be as flexible as possible to ensure you are happy with the process from start to finish.
Can’t I sell for more through an Estate Agent?
Although you may achieve a higher offer price when selling through an estate agent, there will be other additional costs. For example estate agent commission (typically 1 – 3%), extra interest on your mortgage and the loans you are waiting to pay off, plus legal fees (typically £1000). Remember there is a difference between the asking price and the actual market value of a property. That is why buyers will always make an offer below the advertised price, especially in today’s ‘buyers market’.
How much will you pay for my property?
Naturally the price depends on the property and condition. The price your home is advertised for is not the same at which is it likely to sell. As we are cash buyers, our offer will be between 75% - 80% of the market value.
Will you definitely buy my home?
Whilst we can’t guarantee this without a survey and legal checks, we are very likely to make you an offer. If for any reason we feel that your home is not for us, we have a large panel of investors who we will contact on your behalf.
If I sell my home, can I still live there?
We offer all our customers the opportunity to sell their home to us and then to rent it back. As HomeCashBuyers.co.uk provide a totally confidential service, there is no reason for your neighbours, friends, or family to know that you’ve sold your home.
